NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Plaza Centers N.V., a leading emerging markets property developer, is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders ("AGM") will take place on Tuesday, 30 June 2015 at 10:30a.m.(CET), at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel Amsterdam, Damrak 1-5, 1012, LG Amsterdam, the Netherlands and the Meeting of Independent Shareholders will be held immediately after the closing of the AGM at the same place.

The Notice of Meetings, including agendas and proxy voting cards in English, will be sent today to Plaza's shareholders and Depositary Interests Holders registered at the Company's UK registrar (Capita Asset Services).

Documents made available by the Company for the purpose of the AGM may be inspected during normal working hours at the registered office of the Company (Prins Hendrikkade 48-s, 1012 AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands). Copies of the Company's Notices of Annual General Meeting and Meeting of Independent Shareholders have been submitted today to the UK Listing Authority.
