Following the successful completion of a placing to raise £10.5 million ('the Placing') and the Admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM this morning, Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC) announces that Directors of the company subscribed for £211,500 in the Placing and in aggregate for 141,000 new Ordinary Shares.
