Pittards plc (the Company) was advised yesterday, Monday 16 October 2000, by
Grainton Ltd that it had acquired a further 50,000 25 pence shares in the
Company, giving a total holding of 1,705,000 shares which represents 7.82% of
the issued ordinary share capital.
