Pittards announces that John Howard Buckley (age 58) has retired as Group
Financial Director after twenty years in the role.  We thank him for his
considerable contribution during that time.


We are pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Martin Lindsey Blackford
(age 41) to the board as Group Financial Director with effect from 1 May 2006.


Notice was given of these directorate changes in an announcement made on 3
November 2005.


There is nothing further to disclose concerning Lindsey Blackford in respect of
Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM rules.
