Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 9 June 2015 Stephen Yapp, the Company's recently appointed non-executive director, purchased 20,000 shares in the Company at a price of 124 pence per share.
