Director Shareholding

Further to the recent announcement of the appointment of Robert Cathery as a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, the Company confirms that there is no
further information to be disclosed with regard to Mr Cathery pursuant to Rule
16.4(b) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority.  The Company
also announces that Mr Cathery owns, and did own prior to his appointment
30,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
