Petrofac (LSE: PFC), the international oil & gas facilities service provider
will be announcing its interim results for the half year ended 30 June 2007 on 6
September, 2007 at 7:00am.

The Directors of Petrofac will hold a presentation for equity analysts which
will be led by Ayman Asfari, Group Chief Executive and Keith Roberts, Chief
Financial Officer.

The presentation will take place at 10.00am in the Lehman's Conference Centre,
7th Floor, One Broadgate, London, EC2M 7HA.
