ORDINARY SHARES OF 10 PENCE



The Company announces that it has placed 1,400,000 shares through a private
placing at 20 pence per share. The funds will be used to provide additional
working capital.



Application has been made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and
admission is expected to take place on 21 February 2003.
