Ian Taylor Appointed as a Non-executive Director

The Company is pleased to announce that Ian Taylor OBE MP has  been appointed
as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from today.  

Mr Taylor was Minister for Science and Technology at the Department of Trade
and Industry 1994-97.  He was also responsible for the Office of Science and
Technology; the Research Councils; Innovation and Technology Transfer; Space;
Telecommunications; Copyright; Design; digital broadcasting technology;
multimedia and Information Society questions. 

Disclosed below are details of Mr Ian Colin Taylor MP.

i       Aged  54.
