Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

Personal Assets Trust plc (the "Company") has today published a supplementary prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority.  The publication of the supplementary prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following the publication of the Company's interim report and accounts for the six month period to 31 October 2011.

The supplementary prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 1 April 2011 (as supplemented by the supplemental prospectus published by the Company on 2 June 2011) in relation to the placing of up to 300,000 ordinary shares in aggregate for the purpose of operating its premium control policy.

Copies of the supplementary prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
