Persimmon plc was today advised that Geoff Grewer, executive director, on
Friday 10 November transferred for nil consideration 840 shares to his three
sons who are all over the age of 18 and therefore he is no longer beneficially
or non-beneficially interested in such shares.  Following these transactions
Mr Grewer has a beneficial interest in 303,763 shares of the company,
representing 0.17% of the issued share capital.
