Headline: Appointment of Director

On the 16^th February 2017, Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc announced the appointment of Eamonn Crowley as Group Chief Financial Officer.  That statement also confirmed that Mr. Crowley would be proposed for appointment as a Director at the Company's AGM to be held on the 10th May 2017.

At that AGM held today, the resolution appointing Mr. Crowley as a Director of the Company was approved by shareholders and Mr Crowley now joins the Board. A summary of the voting results for this resolution and all other matters of AGM business will shortly be available on the Company's website:
