2004) that FMR Corp and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, Fidelity
International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, both being
non-beneficial holders, and Mr Edward C Johnson 3d, a principal shareholder of
FMR Corp and Fidelity International Limited, hold an interest of 5,125,694
Ordinary shares of £1.11p each in Pennon Group Plc.
