Pennant International Group plc announces that on 15 June 2006, it purchased
100,000 of its own ordinary shares of 5p, at a price of 14.78 pence per share,
to be held as treasury shares. The Company now holds 182,500 ordinary shares in
treasury. The number of ordinary shares remaining in the market is 31,817,500.
