Pennant International Group plc announces that it purchased 50,000 of its own
ordinary shares of 5p on 4 May 2007, at a price of 26 pence per share, to be
held as treasury shares. The Company now holds 643,000 ordinary shares in
treasury. The number of ordinary shares remaining in the market is 31,357,000.
