Pennant International Group plc announces that on 11 April 2007 it purchased
50,000 and 25,000 of its own ordinary shares of 5p, at a price of 26 pence per
share, to be held as treasury shares. The Company now holds 543,000 ordinary
shares in treasury. The number of ordinary shares remaining in the market is
31,457,000.
