Pennant International Group plc announces that on 3 April 2007 it purchased
30,000 and 25,000 of its own ordinary shares of 5p, at a price of 25.75 pence
per share and 26 pence per share, respectively, to be held as treasury shares.
The Company now holds 468,000 ordinary shares in treasury. The number of
ordinary shares remaining in the market is 31,532,000.
