Directorate Changes

Pennant International Group plc ("Pennant" or "the Company") announces that it has appointed Mrs. Jennifer Katherine Powell (aged 61) as a non-executive director to the Board with immediate effect.

During the last five years, Mrs. Powell has been a partner in the Woodside Estates partnership and continues to be a partner. She has not held any directorships in the last five years.

There are no other disclosures required in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.

Mrs. Powell has also been appointed a member of the remuneration committee of the Board.

Mrs. Powell owns either directly or through her pension fund 6,224,866 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in Pennant representing approximately 24.07 per cent of the issued ordinary voting share capital, excluding shares held in treasury. This holding, when aggregated with the holding of Mrs. Powell's husband, Mr. Christopher Powell, chairman of Pennant International Group plc, constitutes approximately 39.84 per cent of the issued voting shares of the Company, excluding shares held in treasury.
