Pembridge Loan Financing Renewed

London, United Kingdom - Pembridge Resources plc (LSE: PERE) ("Pembridge" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has renewed its loan with its Chairman and CEO, Gati Al-Jebouri.

Between 2019 and 2021, Gati Al-Jebouri lent a total of £3,575,000 to Pembridge Resources plc and these loans are to mature at the end of 2022.  The balance of these loans and accrued drawdown fees and interest as at 17 November 2022 was £4,954,034.  Of this, £280,261 is to be repaid to Mr Al-Jebouri and the remaining balance of £4,673,773 is now the subject of a new loan agreement that the independent members of the Board of Directors have reviewed and approved.  The key terms of the new loan are:

1.  Repayment of loan by 31 December 2025

2.  14% interest rate per annum

3.  Company's right to dispose of any of its assets is subject to lender's prior approval

 

These terms are intended to be comparable to those of the $3m of convertible loan notes issued in June 2021.

Gati Al-Jebouri, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Pembridge said:
