Further to the Company's announcement on 22 March 2023 of a conditional binding sale and purchase agreement having been entered into with Acumen Advisory Group LLC with respect to the disposal of IM Minerals Limited, Pathfinder announces that, by mutual agreement, the previous longstop date of 26 April 2023 has been extended to 11 May 2023.
