                 Approach to Potential Investors in the Company





The Board of Pathfinder announces that it has instructed advisers to approach
potential investors in the Company, primarily with a view to acquiring a
substantial interest in the issued share capital of the Company. Discussions are
at a preliminary stage with a number of parties, which may or may not lead to an
offer to acquire the whole or part of the share capital of the Company.
