Michael Page International plc (the "Company") announces that on 19 August 2010 it purchased 8,937 of its Ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("shares") at a price of 394.6 pence per share.

The Company intends to hold these shares in Treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 533,937 of its shares in Treasury and has 323,562,252 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
