                   Extraordinary General Meeting, 27 May 2002


The Company announces that at its extraordinary general meeting held today, the
Resolution to extend the life of the Company until 27 May 2007 was duly passed.

A total of 38,737,527 votes were cast, representing 50.7% of the Company's
issued share capital, with 99.8% of those voting supporting the resolution.
