The Company announces the allotment of 350,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each fully
paid on 29 April 2008 under its block listing facility.  Following the allotment
there are 78,287,002 Ordinary Shares in issue.  These shares were issued for
cash on 29 April 2008 at a price of 167.5p per share.
