                       Disclosure of Interest in shares

The Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC has today been advised by Legal &
General Investment Management, that on 22 June 2001 they sold 450,000 ordinary
shares in the Company.

This reduces their holding in the Company to 2,883,342 ordinary shares, which
equates to 3.65% of the Issued Share Capital.
