Holding in Company

Pacific Horizon Investment Tst PLC

The Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC has today been advised by Legal &
General Assurance Society, that they have sold 250,000 ordinary shares in the
Company.

This reduces their total holding in the Company to 3,833,342 ordinary shares,
which equates to 4.86% of the issued share capital.
