The Company announces the allotment of 400,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each fully
paid on 26 January 2007 under its block listing facility.  Following the
allotment there are 77,937,002 Ordinary Shares in issue.  These shares were
issued for cash on 26 January 2007 at a price of 129.5p per share.
