Exercise of Options

OMG announces today that certain employees of the Company have exercised options
over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company under the Company's share
option schemes.

Details of the number of options exercised are as follows:

Oxford Metrics 2000 Enterprise Management Incentives Scheme:

                   Exercise Price          Number of Options Exercised
Employees                 2.5975p                               151,668

Oxford Metrics 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme:

                  Exercise Price           Number of Options Exercised
Employees                   6.5p                                30,000

An application has been made for the 181,668 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 6 July 2004.
