OMG plc ('OMG' or 'the Company')

Exercise of Options

OMG announces that, on 9 December 2003, an employee of the Company exercised
options over 13,333 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company under the
Oxford Metrics 2000 Enterprise Management Incentives Scheme. The exercise price
was 2.5975 pence per share.

An application has been made for the 13,333 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 16 December 2003.
