Exercise of Options

OMG announces today that an employee of the Company has exercised options over
4,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company under the Oxford Metrics
Group Limited 2000 Unapproved Share Option Scheme. The exercise price was 0.25
pence per share.

An application has been made for the 4,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to
AIM and trading is expected to commence on 9 June 2003.
