The Company was notified on 16 October 2006 by Herald Investment Trust plc that
it has bought 800,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in
the Company. Following this transaction, Herald Investment Trust plc's resultant
holding is 5,876,750 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.8 per cent of
the total issued share capital of the Company. The shares are registered in the
name of BNY (OCS) Nominees Ltd.
