Change in Significant Shareholding

OMG was notified today that Mr Jason Morris had sold 100,000 ordinary shares in
OMG for 12.5 pence per share on 2 June 2003. Prior to this transaction, Mr
Morris held 3.048% of the Company's share capital.

As a result of the transaction, Mr Morris no longer has a notifiable interest in
the Company.
