                   EMPLOYEE SHARE OPTIONS

Application  has  today been made for 142,000  new  ordinary
shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to AIM.
These  Ordinary  Shares  are being issued  pursuant  to  the
exercise  of options by employees of the Company.  Admission
is expected to become effective on 30 August 2000.
