Director Shareholdings

Oxford, UK: Oxford BioMedica plc (LSE : OXB) announces that it has been informed that three directors of the Company have today bought the following shares in the Company, all at a price of 9.417 pence per share:

• Dr Alex Lewis 100,000 1p ordinary shares (0.02% of the current issued share capital) 

• Peter Nolan 100,000 1p ordinary shares (0.02% of the current issued share capital)

• Andrew Wood 100,000 1p ordinary shares (0.02% of the current issued share capital) 

Following these purchases of shares, the beneficial interests of these directors in shares of the Company are:

• Dr Alex Lewis 100,000 1p ordinary shares (0.02% of the current issued share capital) 

• Peter Nolan 263,638 1p ordinary shares (0.05% of the current issued share capital)

• Andrew Wood 305,067 1p ordinary shares (0.06% of the current issued share capital)
