STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 20 October 2011 at 8.45 am EET Outokumpu and Karri Kaitue, Deputy CEO, have jointly agreed that he will leave his current position and the Group Executive Committee on 1 November 2011. Mr Kaitue will work actively and contribute to agreed projects until 31 December 2011 to ensure the smooth transition of his duties. His employment by the company ends on 30 June 2012.
