Oryx International Growth Fund Limited (the "Company")

Transaction in Own Shares

Pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 31 August 2017 to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares"), the Company announces that it has purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares.

Lowest price paid per share:	770p
Volume weighted average price paid per share:	770p

Following the purchase and cancellation, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 14,337,625 Ordinary Shares with voting rights of one vote per Ordinary Share held.  This figure is the total number of voting rights and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), a schedule of individual trades is set out below.
