The Directors wish to announce the resignation of Mr. Patrick McAfee from the
Board of Directors with effect from the 30th June 2005.

Mr. McAfee has retired from the Fund after serving ten years as a Director. The
Directors wish to record their thanks to him, on behalf of all shareholders, for
his contribution during that period.
