Final Barruecopardo Drilling Results

The Board of Ormonde is pleased to report results from the final holes in its infill drilling programme at its flagship Tungsten project at Barruecopardo, Western Spain.

Main Points

·     Results from the final seven holes continue to show tungsten mineralisation of good width and grade including:

BAR-67     20 metres grading 0.34% WO3 (including 9 metres grading 0.61% WO3)

BAR-72     8 metres grading 0.45% WO3

BAR-73     25 metres grading 0.50% WO3

BAR-75     7 metres grading 1.28% WO3 and 21 metres grading 0.57% WO3

·     Quality assurance is being completed on all data and results from the twenty-one hole infill drilling programme are being incorporated into a final resource estimate which is now being prepared by CSA Global ("CSA").

Kerr Anderson, Ormonde's Managing Director, said:

"The assay results from the final holes in the infill drilling campaign continue to confirm good commercial tungsten grades and widths. The overall drilling campaign has demonstrated the consistency and quality of mineralisation at Barruecopardo. A final Mineral Resource Estimate, which includes these latest seven holes, is now being prepared by CSA as part of the feasibility study and I look forward to reporting shortly on the new resource estimate."

Notes to table:

Sampling, Assaying and Quality Control Measures

All drill core has been routinely logged by an experienced geologist.  Relevant core intervals were split in half by diamond saw, with half being sent for assay and the other half being retained in the core boxes for reference.  Sampling is carried out over one metre intervals.

Sample preparation and analyses were performed at ALS Chemex (Spain).  Assays are performed using the fusion XRF method.  Tungsten assays are reported by ALS Chemex as W and converted to WO3 using a factor of 1.26108.  Reference samples (blanks, duplicates and certified standards) are routinely included in each sample batch as quality control measures.  In addition check assays are performed on selected mineralised samples.
