The Company announces that it received notification from Audley Capital Management Limited on 3 June 2008 that, as at 30 May 2008, Audley European Opportunities Master Fund had an interest in 15,500,000 Ordinary shares of £0.01p each in the Company, representing 5.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This represents the entire holding of Audley European Opportunities Master Fund in the issued share capital of the Company.
