old mutual plc announces a change to the reporting line for rogge global partners

Old Mutual plc ("Old Mutual" or "the Group") today announces that line management of Rogge Global Partners, one of its fixed income asset management affiliates which is based in the UK, will report directly to the Group. Previously, Rogge reported to the Group's US Asset Management business, Old Mutual Asset Management, based in Boston.

This transition has no impact on the firm's investment process or its client service and no impact on the day-to-day management of the firm.
