Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc announces that on 28 March 2013, 2,788,640 Ordinary Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 705 subscribers at a price of 93.9 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 7 February 2013. 

The following directors were allotted shares in the amounts detailed below:

John Hustler               16,038 Ordinary Shares (0.00079% of the issued share capital) 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares.   Admission is expected to become effective on or around 11 April 2013.

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 20,306,685 Ordinary Shares.
