The board of Close IHT AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 31 July 2007, the
unaudited net asset value per share of the A Ordinary and B Ordinary shares was
approximately 100.01 pence per share.




This net asset value is after deducting the dividend of 1 pence per share which
will be paid on 24 August 2007 to shareholders on the register as at 27 July
2007.
