The board of Close IHT AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 18 July 2007, the
unaudited net asset value per share of the A Ordinary and B Ordinary shares was
approximately 100.71 pence per share.


This will become ex-dividend on 25th July 2007 and this net asset value per
share therefore accounts for the 1.0 pence dividend. This dividend will be paid
on 24 August 2007 to shareholders on the register as at 27 July 2007.
