Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that on 12 February 2016 the Company purchased for cancellation 167,541 Ordinary shares at a price of 96.75p per share. 

 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 76,011,211 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
