On 2 December, 2004 Avi Sharir, CEO and director, purchased 11,660 ordinary
shares of NIS 0.01 each; representing 0.108 per cent of the issued share capital
of the Company.  There were two purchases: 8,830 shares at a price of euros
0.798 each and 2,830 at a price of euros 0.80 each.


Following this purchase, Avi Sharir holds 1,286,238 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 11.96 per cent of the issued share capital.
