shares of NIS 0.01 each at a price of EUR 0.88 per share, representing 0.04 per
cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following this purchase, Avi Sharir holds 1,298,738 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 12.08 per cent of the issued share capital.
