PageGroup plc (the "Company")

Notification of transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR").

On 16 March 2026, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Kelvin Stagg, received from Apex Group Fiduciary Services Limited, the trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust, 50,591 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ("Shares"), for nil cost, as a result of the vesting of an award tranche under the PageGroup plc Executive Single Incentive Plan. 

On 16 March 2026, Mr Stagg sold 23,778 Shares to cover the tax and national insurance liabilities arising on the vesting of his share award.
