RZHH announces that on Monday 18 October 1999 options were granted over
392,000 RZHH ordinary shares to employees of RZHH.  This represents 2.6% of
the issued ordinary share capital of RZHH.  These options are exercisable at
107.5p after 3 years from the date of grant and not more than 7 years after
that date.
