The Company announces that as at the closing of the 2005/06 Offer for 
Subscription on Wednesday 5 April 2006, applications had been received under 
the 2005/06 Offer for 20,666,773 C Shares of 75p each with a total subscription 
price of £20,666,773.

The Offer is now closed.
