Results of Share Offers

The Company announces that as at the closing of the 2005/06 Offer for
Subscription on Monday 20 June 2005, applications had been received under the
2004/05 and 2005/06 Offers for 10,880,310 ordinary shares with a total
subscription price of £10,851,552.  Both of the Offers are now closed.
